I’m Kate McKeever, CPA, founder of Lilac Accounting. I started my firm because something felt off in the world of accounting: many female entrepreneurs were walking into meetings with their books, feeling judged, confused, or dismissed — especially when they were trying to grow their business and take care of their lives at the same time.
I fell in love with numbers early on, but what I really love is helping women make numbers work for their lives. Whether it’s confidently paying themselves, planning for hires, or finally seeing a cashflow plan that makes sense — my mission is to help you feel empowered, capable, and in control of your money and your business.

From there, I handle the details — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping your books accurate and up to date.
Each month, you’ll receive clear financial reports along with a personalized video recap where I walk you through what the numbers are actually saying about your business. No confusing jargon — just straightforward insights so you can make confident, informed decisions.
